As a native to Colorado I grew up spending a lot of time in the outdoors playing soccer, running and skiing. But my true love seemed to be anything that involved water. Our summers were spent in Michigan and Ohio water skiing and playing on our cousins' lake. My love for water kept me swimming all the way from the young age of six through college at Miami University in Ohio. 

I have over 20 years of experience working with and coaching individuals in the educational, athletic, outdoor, non-profit, and professional arenas.

As a child I was always very curious about people and I loved listening to people tell me their stories. This passion has only grown over the years and I am so thankful that I can use my passions and desires to help others grow as I work as a nationally certified CoreClarity Facilitator.
